General description Virtually ding and dent free but suffering from a brush paint job.
Bumper, Frame & A-frame: Good condition with surface rust.
Dents, Scratches, Damage:   The entrance door plus some over sealing of the rear seams.
Entry Door / Keys: The door has issues:  see below under 'other'
Entry Step: Why, yes there is.
Front Hoist: We call em' jacks.
Hitch Coupler: Virgin iron.
Roof: Re-coated, also listed under 'other'.
Screen Door: A darned find wooden one.
Tail, License & Marker Lights: Will all be working before sold.
Underbelly: Fine.
Window Glass/Seals: Plexiglass front window, the rest are original.
INTERIOR
General Description Nice original.
Cabinet: Good finish.
Catches: All original.
Countertops: A great original pattern.
Floor: Small bad spots under the rear bed in the corners.
Floor Covering: Cool original tiles in good condition.
Table: Folds down into a bed.
Unit Sleeps: X About 4.
Walls: A bit of water staining in the rear corners.

Axle/Springs: As with most trailers, it's fine.

SPECIAL
OTHER OK, here's the poop: There are a couple things preventing this from being the envy of everybody in the campground 1) the exterior really need a new paint job 2) the entrance door needs to be fixed where it's rusted through.

I did spend some time stripping and re-coating the roof. It's in fine shape and the leaks have been stopped.

The interior is almost completely original and has some really great highlights.

We are the third owner of this nice little trailer with the last owner having enjoyed it since 1969.
