OTHER A few
points: 1) This was set up in a park for
decades and a porch was added. This plus several
other do-dads being added on resulted in a number of
unwanted holes (1/8"-1/4") in the skin. We've filled
them in so no leaks, but there is no hiding the fact
that the skin is not perfect. 2) The roof had leaked
into the living room as well as the bedroom. We
spend $$ and time to make it right. 3) If you do not
require new tires, we can adjust the price by
knocking off $400. We can put some good 'maypops' in
their place. If
you're looking for a 'mother-in-law' guest house,
this would be ideal. |
